I tried ebay, it said the laptop was refurbished but it came out scratched and ancient-looking. Does anyone know a excellent online store or walk-in store in chicago that sells used laptops?

In my experience, people don’t sell laptops unless they are either broke or so ancient nobody wants them, Check for “refurbished” models at newegg or tigerdirect.
Depending on what brand your looking for, check the manufactures site for refurbished laptops, there more actucally in better condition then the new ones, due to the extra time spent to get them working correctly. And the saving is fantastic.
