If I Want To Start Refurbishing And Selling Used Laptops, Where Is The Best Place To Go To Buy Used Laptops?

I want to be a journalist when I have to right. I do not want to buy a used dealer, but business, possibly huge or small, private addresses, and I'm not sure what they are.

You could try placing an ad in your local paper or trade magazine, stating you take broken laptops. A excellent slant on this is that they shouldn’t be disposed in landfills and sometimes it costs to dispose of them properly. Check with police departments, they’re a huge laptop userbase, though some of them use more rugged machines and typically do mass upgrading when hardware has gotten too ancient. School districts tend to use more desktops, but some of them provide laptops to the teachers, colleges/universities moreso. IT support companies use laptops, the ones you might want to contact would be those that provide software support and have no facilities for doing their own repairs.
I’m drawing a blank as to other types of companies might use laptops extensively. Start contacting some to get an thought.

There are electronics recycling places in most cities – they strip them down and melt them down – get in your yellow pages under recycling.
