   I dont reckon youll be able to find any sophisticate laptops for that price you may be able to find a Lenovo PC which doesnt include DVD etc in 6 months for around 400 $$ as they are currently 600$.
   Otherwise i suggest going to an electronics store which may have a finance plot with 12 months interest free,
   I just got a Laptop from dicksmith with this.

   check craigslist.. usually a bunch of cheap laptops on sale there.
   be advised: you get what you pay for.. $200 isnt much for a laptop, atleast for what most people use it for, music/video/multimedia and downloads.

   Check craigslist as the one guy said,
   read classifieds in newspapers or penny advertisers,
   check ebay and search by distance.
