where do you find cheap laptops that are excellent? like excellent brands. prices range from 250-350. no moreee. but it has to be like walmart or something like that but not a terrible laptop that i end up not using. a cheap one that works finee.

there are no excellent laptops (or even OK laptops) @ $350 or less.
A modern laptop of excellent quality will cost you about $750, to $1250 if its for gaming.
But, if you buy a laptop USED, you can get a siginifcant discount.
Also, if you get an older used laptop, you can combine both of those discounts (ancient + used). (Pentium 4 or Pentium Dual Core) you can get one for maybe $400.
This will be a honestly slow laptop though.

EDIT: There ARE ‘laptops’ called Eee PCs, which the guy above posted in his link that fit in your price range. But you should know that you wont be able to use this computer. Besides being so small they can fit from nipple to nipple, they are restricted by rediculous hard drives, meaning they dont have any room to store anything. Not even an actual operating system. (YOU wont be able to use it)
It’s pathetic when mobile phones have larger room for files than ‘laptops’, but that pretty much describes an Eee PC.
You buy an Eee PC, You’ll learn reallll quick you cant use it.
They are for people who know what they’re doing(read: the geek next door to the computer programmer next door and not the average citizen) and want a handheld mini-laptop for ultra portability.
Sorry to tell you this but there are none. I reckon every laptop it over your range. EVEN the more worse ones. You could raise your budget. The lowest I saw was $549. If you go to Lenovo online store you type “n series” in the search box click the first result you see it should say ” Lenovo – Notebook computers – Lenovo 3000 N Series” The first computer you see is $549. I hope I some what helped you. I hope you find what you are looking for! Just keep on trying.
Even pretty dreadful laptops are more expensive than that. But, if you shop around online you might get one for around $500. Dell or HP often has pretty usable laptops for around $500 on sale online.
