It is my girlfriends birthday soon and i wanted to get her a laptop for a present. She really wants to play the sims 3 on it so any laptop that can take that will be fine. She will just use it to play the sims 3 and go on the internet on things like facebook and myspace also use msn.
Any suggestions into cheap ones i could buy. Thanks

Get her a netbook. They’re small, cheap, durable, and very cute. Some of the most well loved ones are: ASUS Eee, Acer AspireONE, Fujitec M10, etc.
Your price range should be between $250 and $400. Have you ever seen any of those tiny laptops? Those are them!
i saw a realy tiny verison notebook for around 200 bucks but if u dont like verison theres a basically identical one at buest buy for right under 300.
I don’t reckon you will be able to find a decent one, get her a TV or a console instead
