I use to go to the Boeing Surplus store here in WA but they closed it and I can’t get cheap computers anymore. Do you know where you can get a excellent but cheap laptop? I have Toshiba Satellite Tablet PC R 20 In the small time I've noticed that when you start, makes a lot of hiss, which is continuous. The bottom left of the laptop gets very hot. This is a case of the battery. What is the problem? Toshiba tried online help but can not contact Toshiba. I am in India. He bought a laptop in Toronto, Canada.
