I’m looking to buy a basic new ‘for-home’ use laptop with a a p-4 processor atleast or equivalent AMD etc. My only criterion is that I dont want to spend more than $500.

I would request a laptop, then send to my cousins who live in Redmond, Washington, but my problem is most places do not accept my credit card, since only accept U.S. credit cards. . . Amazon accepts international credit cards, but the laptop I had been on sale there. . . BTW IM Philippines
