I have a student that can’t get her cable to work with her converter and was looking for one to buy in the states to avoid having her parents having to ship it to us. The one she’s using has 2 plastic pieces that is preventing it from working.
Any thoughts are appreciated.

How can I boost the battery up to 3 hours again? Like what can I do so it won’t use that much power while not being plugged in? Is something incorrect with the battery since it is only 1hr and 30 min now compared to 3hrs of what it was before?
