My laptop has just died and I’m now looking for another one. All I use my computer for is school work and the internet. Any help is greatly appreicated!

The original battery is a Sony Li-ion PCGA-BP2E (11. 1V/3400mAh) and it is used in a Sony Vaio Model# PCG-GR370. I am open to other brands that will work.

So I am looking to buy a Apple laptop and can’t afford a groundbreaking new Apple Macbook, so I am looking at buying a used Apple Powerbook on eBay. Is this a wise choice or no? And please don’t warn me about using eBay I know what I am getting into. Thanks!

I recently received a second-hand laptop that doesn’t have a modem. I’ve never bought a modem apart from a computer, so please help me out here.
It’s a Dell Latitude CPX running on XP.
It says it had installed a XJ-CC5560 56K Data Fax Full-Duplex Voice modem.
I’m on dial-up now but hope to switch to DSL soon.
How do I find a modem for it? Please help. Thank you.

I have the complete addition of the sims 2 and all the expansion packs. Are dells laptops excellent to play a video game on? IF so what kind should I get and what features do I need. Keep in mind I want to stay under 700 dollars. It will also be used for school since I go to school online.
