I cannot get past the log on screen on a used laptop, as it is password protected. It has Windows 2000 operating system and the screen says to hit cntl, alt, delete to continue, then it questions for screen name and password. I will be so bummed if I can’t reset this computer, as I bought it from my neighbor, who had a moving sale and he is gone now. Please help me if you can. . . thankyou!
