I can only figure out how to adjust it using the control panel on Windows. Even though there are three keys on the keyboard that look like volume controls, they don’t work. Do I need to update some software, or is it simpler than that? Thanks.

I am thinking of getting a Apple Laptop, is there a huge difference in adjustment after using a regular Desktop(Dell) with microsoft windows?
Also are Apples better computers? Should I also get a Apple desktop? My computer is slow and it pi$$es me off sometimes
