This will bring up the recovery screen. Choose Advanced>Destructive Recovery>Follow the on screen prompts. Recovery takes about an hour. You will then need to go to Microsoft and, download all the updates. Save any music, pictures or, other files you want to keep to CD or, DVD first. After you have downloaded the updates.
