Just follow the wide, ligh grey ribbon lead from the mmotherboard. One will go to the CDROM/DVD – the other will go to the hard drive.
Assuming it is a IDE/ATA disk that is….
Oh – maybe its a laptop!
In that case there will be one of the side panels on the laptop that will slide out. Held in by two screws underneath.
Often a small section of side panel – normally towards the front of the laptop.
Its either on the bottom of the laptop underneath one of the panels. Or there will be four screws on the bottom of the laptop in the shape of a rectangle to take out and the drive will slide out of the side.
