What Should I Do When My Dell Latitude D800 Could Not Find Its Primary Hard Disk Drive?

I have this problem with my DELL LATITUDE D800 laptap/notebook. When I turn it on it shows a black screen which says:
Primary hard disk drive 0 not found
No bootable devices- – strike F1 to retry boot, F2 for setup utility
What should I do?
How do I enter BIOS?
Help me please.
Thank you!

Would really like to know what you’ve been doing to get to this point, might be helpful. But it sounds like maybe you’ve jostled loose some internal connection, either the data cable or the power cable to your primary hard drive. IF you are competent to work inside the case, then okay, IF NOT COMPETENT TO WORK INSIDE THE CASE, consult a professional.
F2 = Setup = BIOS. But I wouldn’t play around in there either unless you know what you’re doing.
    Excellent Luck

If you’re under warranty, stop everything and take it to a dell-approved technician. There’s very small reason to void your warranty and fund a self-repair.
If not, reseat the ram and hard drive to make sure it isn’t just loose. Youtube videos make surprisingly excellent training. Make sure the battery and AC adapter are out before you open anything, and touch something metal to discharge your personal static before you go poking around in there.
More likely, your hard drive has gone terrible. “How do I recover my data?” is a separate question altogether, but one you may need to question. If your hard drive won’t even spin properly in an external enclosure, you may need a pro to get your data for you.
To replace a terrible hard drive, determine whether yours is SATA or EIDE. SATA has two connectors shaped like lower-case “L”s. EIDE has a bunch of pins. Buy the one you need (2.5″, not 3.5″–those are for desktops!), stick it in, replace the power, and run your DELL OS and application disks to place your operating system and factory programs back on there.
Or, you know, take it to a technician. Same thing: less time, more money.

F2 to enter setup will take you to the bios. I reckon your hard drive may have come unseated. Take the screw out, remove the drive and place it back in, but make sure that it seats all the way. Then try to boot again.

Do nothing. You have no choice. Buy a new computer.
