College kid with a Dell Latitude D830. Chose the best video card option available on that laptop, an Nvidia Quadro NVS 140M. Now as I am a college student i need to play video games. The 140M isn’t compatible with bioshock. . . Suggestions or links?

well i have an hp pavillion laptop with a nVidia geforce Go 7600.
i called the company to question if it was possible to change my card and they said no. its impossible to change your graphics card because they are built into the laptop
unlike a desktop which are easily changeable
BUT you have a dell. nearly all laptops are the same but yours may be special
SO
i suggest you call dell and question this question only they will know
if dell tells you no and you still reckon otherwise you can try calling Geek Squad to see if its possible or even the nVidia company
