Go to control panel and under “programs and features”

Quickway is to do a ‘system restore’ for a pre-install time (if you have one). Find that in ‘System Tools>System Restore>check ‘Restore my computer to an earlier time’.
If you only want to get your router working ,that shouldn’t require a total driver replacement, just your NIC or Ethernet card (maybe) and install drivers for the router (from a Linksys install disk or their website).
Don’t delete all your drivers or you’ll have a monumental task just getting your system to do anything.

try add remove programs in control panel.
