To access the keyboard on any Dell laptop, you have to remove 4 or 5 screws from the bottom of the laptop. Then turn the unit over carefully and lift the keyboard off.
Go to Dell site, place in your laptop model and go to support. There will be fantastic help in showing how to access the keyboard.
The keyboard is attached with a thin microstrip so don’t just lift it off. It has to be lifted from the right side upwards.
Check the Dell site first.
