1. You can download the drivers from the camera manufaturers website
2. Assuming a USB drive is on the laptop, you can buy a USB optical disk drive.
3. Again assuming a USB, you can transfer the drivers to a USB memory key (using a computer that does have a disk drive in it)
4. If you are on a network, you can share a optical drive on another computer and attach to it.
