Any External hard drive or portable hard drive that connects via USB will work. I use a 160 gig with my Aspire One. You can get a 250 gig drive at best buy for 99 most of the time. They have less expensive ones at Fry’s Electronics if you have one. You can also use SD memory cards which allow you to leave them in the slot all the time but they only go up to 8 gigs. any external hard drive will work in any computer with a usb port, but best with newer 2.0 usb which the aspire one has.
you can also get an externam cd/dvd burner for 50 to 100 depending on where you get it. unless you really plot on burning or using cd’s or dvd’s, you don’t necessarily need one. I don’t.
Sure, you can but especially if you just got the netbook and can exchange it, you might seriously consider upgrading to even a basic $500 laptop that has a 200-300 gig hard drive and an optical drive (DVD/CD) If you’re allready sinking money into upgrading it for the hard drive it probably wont be long before you want more ram and an optical drive. Just my 2 cents.
yes, $74.99, a External Slim DVD Burnerhttp://www.tigerdirect.com/applications/…
You can get a external hard drive for the acer one or a external CD burner/player as long as it is usb…
any external drive with usb connection will work. Price depends on size. look up tigerdirect.com or newegg.com
