I dont know, just try any major shop in the city like makro or game or just go to the shopping centres and question around
You can work directly with Dell, just go to the SA dell site. http://www1.euro.dell.com/content/defaul…
From there you can just portage it through the site, or if you have problems, just email them. You can probably arrange that you make a transfer to there account.
I bought my whole laptop through email and I am very pleased.
If you want to use a shop, I know Game deals with Dell laptops.
