If the system is under warranty, contact dell…….otherwise, contact dell anyway to find a repair location.
Keyboard can be replaced in about 10 minutes…….not a hard job for a trained tech, but an amateur can cause hurt to the case if unsure of what you are doing. A case will cost a bundle and it’s nearly ALL labor.

Unfortunately when this happens on a notebook computer, you can only replace the keyboard.
see whether you can press it and pop it in * or else if you have warranty then please call dell tech support on 800-624-9896 and get it replaced
